You can swap any daily upload for something else in our library of 750+ classes that best suits your needs, and you'll still keep your streak. We simply want you to connect with your practice + our community daily throughout April!

JOIN THE CHALLENGE →Nicole Wild, The Kula's founder and lead instructor, will bring you a blend of spicy + sweet practices throughout the month in her own signature style that is influenced and blended with the various schools of yoga she has studied with.
Expect high-energy movement, feel-good flows, restorative, meditation, breathwork and even bits of philosophy with Nicole. She hopes to give a well-rounded experience for you to go deeper into your practice.
Tobi's classes are strong, flowy, and rooted in the style of Awakening Yoga. They offer lots of opportunities to play + get upside-down, but are approachable for all. Tobi is based in Germany and shares weekly classes for Kula members year round.
Join our newest guest teacher Iza for a 4-part series delivered once per week throughout April. The Unfold series builds upon itself and will leave you with some new + cruisy movement patterns to play with in your practice!
Iza's teaching blends her various movement modalities to create playful movement sequences. Her classes invite you to play with both structure and spontaneity. No rigid rules, just a place to explore and unfold.

Silvana's uploads in the month of April will be softer + nourishing for your body and mind. She will offer nurturing flows and guided meditations to help you down-regulate your nervous system including a facial yoga practice that includes self-massage and lymphatic drainage for your facial muscles.
