How do I join the AYC?

All you have to do is have an active Kula Membership!

You don’t need to sign-up or pay anything extra to join the April Challenge—just have an active Kula membership for the month of April! Each daily practice will be uploaded directly to the Kula. We’ll automatically track all the classes you complete throughout the month, so all you need to do is show up on your mat, engage inside the community, and enjoy the month of new classes!

What is the April Yoga Challenge?

Every April, we celebrate another year of The Kula with our annual April Challenge! 🎉


Join our Kula teaching team for daily classes throughout the month of April. Classes are pre-recorded and can be accessed on your own schedule, from any device via desktop or our App. Check our community page for bonus content, to chat with our teachers and other members, and LIVE hangouts throughout the month!

You can swap any daily upload for something else in our library of 750+ classes that best suits your needs, and you'll still keep your streak. We simply want you to connect with your practice + our community daily throughout April!

All you need to access the daily classes is have an active Kula membership.

Fresh uploads to The Kula every day for 30 days, featuring a mix of movement, meditation, and breath work practices! If any day's upload doesn't suit your needs, simply swap it for something else in our library.

The Kula has a few signature class types, including Honey Flows (a movement meditation) and funky flows (playful + creative). Our suite of class types are intentionally curated to offer you a well-rounded practice experience.

Meet your Kula Instructors

At The Kula, we are proud to be a collective of passionate, experienced instructors who are dedicated to sharing yoga in an intentional and accessible way. From playful movement to deep introspection, our teachers bring diverse backgrounds and expertise to every offering. Whether you’re practicing online, joining a retreat, or attending a live training, you’ll be supported by instructors who are committed to helping you grow—on and off the mat.
Nicole Wild

Nicole Wild, The Kula's founder and lead instructor, will bring you a blend of spicy + sweet practices throughout the month in her own signature style that is influenced and blended with the various schools of yoga she has studied with.

Expect high-energy movement, feel-good flows, restorative, meditation, breathwork and even bits of philosophy with Nicole. She hopes to give a well-rounded experience for you to go deeper into your practice.

Tobi Winkelmann

Tobi's classes are strong, flowy, and rooted in the style of Awakening Yoga. They offer lots of opportunities to play + get upside-down, but are approachable for all. Tobi is based in Germany and shares weekly classes for Kula members year round.

Iza Narag

Join our newest guest teacher Iza for a 4-part series delivered once per week throughout April. The Unfold series builds upon itself and will leave you with some new + cruisy movement patterns to play with in your practice!

Iza's teaching blends her various movement modalities to create playful movement sequences. Her classes invite you to play with both structure and spontaneity. No rigid rules, just a place to explore and unfold.

Nicole Wild
founder + lead Instructor

Silvana's uploads in the month of April will be softer + nourishing for your body and mind. She will offer nurturing flows and guided meditations to help you down-regulate your nervous system including a facial yoga practice that includes self-massage and lymphatic drainage for your facial muscles.

Silvana is based in Guatemala and is also our Kula Coordinator. She helps all-things-Kula run smoothly on the back-end.

By simply being here, you remind us why we do what we do. Your presence, your practice, and your energy inspire us to continue creating intelligent, intuitive, and intentional offerings that support you on your journey. Here’s to four years of incredibly fulfilling practices, meaningful connections, and time well spent—both on the mat and around the world at our yoga retreats and trainings.

It’s been an honor to share this space with you, and we can’t wait for all that’s ahead. This community has been built from the ground up, fueled by curiosity, heart, and a love for exploring all the ways yoga expresses itself—inward study, outward study, movement, stillness, introspection, and connection.
