Join me for a long-form meditation and breathwork practice meant for regulating your breath (and prana) and settling into a restful nervous system.

70-minute practiceVin/Yin: Half Flow + Half Stretch + Deep-rest

Join me for 30 minutes of strong vinyasa flow, followed by 40 minutes of deep-stretch + yin postures. grab your blocks + bolster for the second half of this practice!

I feel grateful-to-my-bones that I get to co-create this community with you all. It is an honor to share in the yoga practice together, and to facilitate online + in-person experiences with humans from all across the globe. I welcome you with warmth, and with open-arms, to this vibrant community that is built around moving our bodies, finding pockets of stillness, connecting with each other + living our lives a little bit more fully and freely. Frequently asked questions about joining an online yoga studio.

What is included in a Kula membership?

Kula members have access to the entire Kula library of yoga classes for the duration of their membership. New uploads happen a minimum of 3x per week, with frequent bonus uploads, additional meditations and breathwork practices and guest teacher uploads. Members also have first access to register for in-person yoga retreats + teacher trainings with The Collective School of Yoga.

Can I connect with other members inside the Kula?

Yes! The Kula community is supportive and engaged in a way we haven’t quite seen on other platforms. You are welcome and encouraged to connect with other members, share photos, comment on your favorite videos, send class requests, etc. We also understand that some people prefer to engage more quietly - and that is perfectly welcome, too. We just ask that you meet the Kula however it is most supportive for you and your practice and goals within the platform!

Are the classes pre-recorded or live?

All weekly class uploads are pre-recorded so that you can practice them at any time and so that you can engage with high-quality professional material. Every once and a while (mostly upon your request!) Nicole will go Live for a practice or Q+A. Just ask and we’ll set up the next Live practice!

Do you offer beginner-friendly classes?

While Nicole is known for her funky and challenging sequences, we have classes of all focuses, styles and difficulty levels inside the Kula. Our main class categories are Funky Flows, Honey Flows, All-Levels Vinyasa, Advanced Practices, Mobility + Flexibility, and Meditation and Breathwork. We’re confident that there are classes for everyone inside the Kula - and we are always listening to your class requests for what we’ll record next!

Are there guest teachers?

Yes! While most of the weekly uploads are facilitated by Nicole, there are a growing list of guest teachers that you’ll see inside the Kula, including an inversion series by Margaret Elliott, a Flow State series by Tobi Winkelmann, Yin by Abby Wales + more.

Is there an App available?

Yes! There is an App available for iOS users. Android App is coming summer 2023. 

How do I cancel my membership?

You can easily cancel your membership from within your account anytime - with the click of a button. When you cancel, you will have continued access to your account for the duration of your payment period. You can re-join us anytime with your same login credentials if you wish to come back in the future!
