Our platform is dedicated to creating a vibrant online community that embodies the principles of movement, introspection, and connection. We have members spread all across the globe + the community is deeply special because of the humans it is made of.
We upload new classes 3x per week inside our membership platform. The library has all levels, lengths and intensities of class options to choose from - and you can filter the library to find exactly what you are looking for. We offer a variety of class styles to include fast-paced sweaty classes, slower stretchy practices, and everything in between.
Regular meditation + breathwork practices are uploaded to the portal, each which range between 5-20 minutes long. These are a beautiful opportunity to reflect, slow down + turn inward.
The Kula offers regular yoga retreats, annual yoga teacher trainings + other events and Continuing Education offerings in-person through The Collective School of Yoga. As a Kula Member, you'll get first-access to register, and an annual members access special pricing.
"There are so many classes to choose from, and their instructors have their own creative flow and unique styles."
"I personally love the Funky Flow and the Vin/Yin style classes. They have yoga classes for beginners and also advanced classes, plus breathwork and meditations. This platform has been a great resource to practice at home!"
"They also host INCREDIBLE retreats. I attended the Cambutal, Panama yoga retreat in 2023 with my friend, and it was a trip of a lifetime."
Types of Yoga Classes in The Kula
The Kula library includes various class types, including member favorites Funky Flow + Honey Flow. We also have Fluid, Flossy + Floaty uploads (think handstand and mobility practice), strength-based practices, deep-stretch classes, arm balance + inversion specific uploads, yin, breathwork, meditation and more.
all class types →These practices are all about creativity in your movement patterns and bringing a playful attitude to your practice. These classes are often more technical and exploratory. They are meant to introduce you to new movement patterns, transitions and postures. They might require you to 'think' a little bit more about lefts and rights, but you're sure to end practice having learned something new!
Funky Flows
These practices are more simple in their sequencing. They are oftentimes repetitive so that you can become familiar with the movement + drop out of your head and into your body. They’re slightly slower in pacing and intensity, though we do have some spicier honey flows available in our class library, too.
Honey Flows
These practices are split into 2 sections, typically about the same length in time. The first is flowy and heat-building, while the second is stretchy, restorative or yin-like. These are half spicy + strength-building and half rest + restore.
Yin + Restorative
